Antochov A.A., Kotelban S.V. THE REGULATION OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION: CONTENT, METHODS, TOOLS
Purpose. The aim of the article is the determination of the main methods, tools and content of regulation of innovative development of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of globalization.
Methodology of research. Such methods are used in the process of research implementation as: comparison, generalization, morphological analysis – to reveal the content of state regulation of innovative development of the economy and the use of its methods and tools; graphic and tabular – for visual presentation of research results, in particular goals and objectives of the mechanism of state regulation of innovative development of the economy and methods of state regulation of innovation development in a globalized environment; abstract and logical – to formulate conclusions and suggestions.
Findings. The peculiarities of innovation development of economy, its goals and objectives are determined. It is established that the provision of innovation development should be through a number of regulatory methods, the main subject of the implementation of which is the state. It is substantiated that in forming the basic methods of regulation, it is necessary to take into account not only national and regional peculiarities, but also globalized progressive trends and conditions, as one of the main possibilities of regulating innovation development through the prism of global influences is the use of alternative and environmental energy, recovery processes and partnership with the EU. It is determined that the use of these methods requires the borrowing of leading experience in the field of innovation and investment projects management.
Originality. The further development of the study of the content of state regulation of innovative development of the economy, in particular goals and objectives, the use of methods and ways of creation of innovation infrastructure, has been further developed.
Practical value. The results of the research can be used to improve the state regulation of innovation development of the economy to provide a breakthrough in this global competitive space on this basis.
