Publication Ethics
The editorial board adheres to international standards of publication ethics, recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Elsevier Publishing Ethics Resource Kit. The basis of the editorial policy is science, objectivity, professionalism, support for innovative research, double-blind review. The decision to accept a manuscript for publication is made by the Editorial Board solely on the basis of its scholarly significance and the recommendations of reviewers. In doing so, due regard is given to copyright legislation and to principles aimed at preventing plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated objectively, regardless of the authors’ personal characteristics, institutional affiliation, gender, age, or academic status. At the same time, the journal does not cooperate with and does not consider submissions from researchers affiliated with the russian federation or other countries supporting the war against Ukraine. Research submitted for publication must also comply with international ethical standards, including the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/990_005#Text). The editorial board ensures correct interaction with authors, does not allow the publication of materials without scientific value, with plagiarism or outside the subject of the journal. Reviewers are obliged to provide objective, reasoned and confidential conclusions within the established deadlines. Authors guarantee the novelty, reliability and originality of the results, proper citation of sources, the absence of plagiarism and simultaneous submission to other publications. Submission of an article means consent to its placement in electronic databases with preservation of copyright. In case of errors, authors must immediately notify the editorial office and contribute to their correction. The submitted work must not have been previously published, not be under consideration in other publications and approved by all authors and institutions where the research was performed.
