Procedure for submitting and reviewing materials

Procedure for submitting and reviewing materials:

ü The author submits the manuscript to the editorial office;

ü The author is notified of acceptance for consideration;

ü Initial review of the manuscript;

ü The author is notified of the results of the initial review;

ü Secondary review of the manuscript (peer review);

ü Notifying the author of the results of the secondary review;

ü Notifying the author that the article has been accepted for publication and providing payment details for publication fees.

All communication with authors takes place via written correspondence through the journal’s email.

Only articles formatted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the sections “Requirements for the Text of the Publication” and “Submission,” and which have not received any comments or objections during the editorial board’s initial review, are accepted for peer review. Articles formatted in violation of the rules will not be accepted for consideration.

If comments are raised during the initial review, the article is rejected or returned to the author for revision and improvement, with a specified deadline for completing the necessary work. At this stage, the text is also checked for plagiarism and the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The final decision on whether to revise the previously submitted manuscript or to decline the recommended revisions and thus withdraw the manuscript from further consideration is made by the author(s) of the article.

The secondary review of submitted manuscripts involves a “blind” peer review, based on the results of which the editorial board decides whether to accept, reject, or allow the author (or co-authors) to revise the manuscript within a specified timeframe.

Submitted materials must meet the following requirements:

ü The article has not been previously published (in any language), either separately or as part of another work, and is not currently under review by another journal, conference proceedings, collective monograph, etc.;

ü The text complies with the requirements for structure and formatting (see the section “Requirements for the Text of the Publication”);

ü References to each source of information used (including for tables and figures) are correctly cited;

ü  Secondary references are permitted only in the event that the original source is lost, which must be specifically noted in the work;

ü The list of references must not contain any Russian-language literature.

The main possible reasons for the rejection of a submitted article:

ü The manuscript violates the principles of academic integrity;

ü The article lacks scientific novelty;

ü As a scientific study, the article is incomplete or poorly structured;

ü The research section of the article is not described convincingly enough, making it unclear what methodology the author proposes;

ü The article contains conclusions that are not supported by facts and arguments, or that contradict current Ukrainian legislation and violate ethical and moral standards;

ü The presentation of the material does not conform to the scientific style of writing.

Please submit the following to the editorial office via email:

dovhanom@gmail.com

journalinneco@gmail.com

ü  an electronic version of the article;

ü  a certified review by a Ph.D. or Candidate of Sciences in the relevant field (for authors without an academic degree);

ü  author’s profile on a separate page (full name, organization, position, address, academic degree, academic title, contact phone numbers, mailing address (Nova Poshta) for sending the author’s copy of the journal, email address);

ü  a scanned receipt for payment of publication fees (to be sent only after the editorial board has notified the author that the article has been accepted for publication in a specific issue).

To prevent the risk of mass bot registrations, authors must contact the journal via email to create an author profile and submit their articles for review through the Open Journal Systems electronic communication system dovhanom@gmail.com and journalinneco@gmail.com.

Authors receive author’s copies of the journal in PDF format at the email address they provide. The editorial office sends a printed author’s copy to the mailing address listed in the author’s biography (at the author’s expense, as part of the publication fee).
