Kalnytska M.А. RESEARCH OF BASIC GOING IS NEAR DETERMINATIONS OF PUBLIC POLICY FOR PROVIDING OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND POLICY FOR PROVIDING OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Purpose. A research purpose is an analysis and comparison of interpretations of public policy of providing of social development with aiming of author determination, where differences will touch including or exception from determination of subject of realization of policy, and other key moments remain unchanging (with separate exceptions in relation to working out in detail or expansion of concepts).
Methodology of research. In basis of research of going near determination of work both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition are fixed. The methods of analysis and supervision are used for research of going near determination of public policy of providing of social development. The methods of cognition are used for their analysis and ground of differences between them.
Findings. It is marked that understanding of concept «public policy of providing of social development» is in modern, including domestic, it is been science different, mostly it essence description swims out from determination of concept of social policy of the state, which, in same queue, with concepts: «social sphere», «humanitarian policy» or «social work», although a «social policy» has the substantial differences.
It is well-proven that traditional interpretations of this term consist in understanding of it as parts of domestic policy of the state, as a public policy of social development is real formed under act of certain historical period, national and cultural features.
A conclusion is done about existence of a few groups of approaches, incorporated general descriptions of understanding of this concept. Coming from description of going near determination of this term, a conclusion is done about that in each of them is certain positive base, and elements each of these classification groups used and realized the most developed powers of the world through an own social policy.
Originality. Consists in comparing of interpretations of public policy of providing of social development to aiming of author determination, where a difference is touched by including or exception from determination of subject of realization of policy, and other key moments remain unchanging (with separate exceptions in relation to working out in detail or expansion of concepts).
Practical value. Research results can be the systems of social sphere offered for modernization and will be instrumental in making of the clear and transparent system of forming of the developed stable public policy of providing of social development.
