Gusarinа N.B. THE MAIN DIRECTIONS, STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Purpose The aim of the article is to study of the determinants of the formation of the business environment for innovation.
Methodology of research. The author used general scientific and special research methods, in particular: monographic method – when a review of the literature on the research topic; the method of theoretical generalization and systemic analysis of transformations in the structure of the business environment; abstract and logical method – when justifying the results and conclusions of the study.
Findings. It is established that the identification of innovation in manufacturing associated with getting brand new products and implementation of breakthroughs. It is determined that the level of efficiency of business which is connected with innovations as a means of creating new values, depending on the quality of formation of the business environment and the principles of partnership and extent of integration of intellectual resources. It is proved that the Foundation of the establishment of the institutional models of the business environment for innovative development of production is ensuring a favorable investment climate and guarantees for the protection of property rights. The systematization of the areas of the structure and function of the business environment of enterprises innovative development is proposed.
Originality. The necessity of state support of innovations is substantiated and proved. It is shown that the regulating factor in the formation of the business environment of innovative development is the state innovation policy and the market, which provides selective support for scientific ideas and innovative proposals. It is proved that in the conditions of dynamic changes in the external environment, the introduction of innovations requires a comprehensive interaction of market regulation and state support for innovation.
Practical value. The results of the research are aimed at implementing the country’s innovative model, which would consolidate the efforts of science, production organizations and management, aimed at a comprehensive solution to the problems of forming a business environment.
