Purpose. The aim of the article is to develop theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the effective use of technical means by agricultural enterprises.
Methodology of research. A number of general and special scientific research methods have been used to achieve the goal and to obtain the results of the study: monographic – for a comprehensive analysis of the current state of agricultural production and identification of factors influencing its technical modernization; comparison – to compare economic phenomena in different time periods in order to identify the causal link, conduct a comparative analysis of technical modernization of agriculture in Ukraine and the leading countries of the world; abstract and logical, calculation and constructive – in substantiating the forms of the use of technology.
Findings. The methodical approaches to making a reasonable decision on the purchase of agricultural machinery or its lease are substantiated. It has been established that the formation of a fleet of technical means in agricultural enterprises should be determined first of all by the need to achieve a higher level of efficiency of use compared with the cost of service of outside organizations on the basis of the cost price of 1 ha of cultivated or assembled area.
Originality. It is proposed to create technical and technological parks, integrators of which should be enterprises of agricultural machinery, as well as their composition it is advisable to involve representatives of consulting companies, profile higher education institutions, research and experimental institutions, engineering centers and service providers, suppliers of components.
Practical value. Reasonable methodological approaches to determining the optimal solution for the purchase of agricultural machinery or its lease are proposed for adoption by agricultural enterprises.
The obtained results of the research, expressed in practical recommendations for TTP, can be implemented by local authorities in attracting investments in the formation of technical potential of rural communities.
