Bahlei R.R. PECULIARITIES OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES
Purpose. The article is aimed at identifying the main patterns of corporate governance in international companies at the present stage in the context of globalisation of the world economy.
Methodology of research. The following methods were used in the study to achieve this goal: methods of system analysis (for analyzing problems in planning innovations in companies); theory of strategic management, theory of categories (to describe methods and techniques of corporate governance in international companies); scientific abstraction, deduction and induction (to formulate a scientific hypothesis of work, laws and principles); abstract and logical (to make theoretical generalizations, substantiate the research methodology, formulate conclusions); monographic (for detailed analysis of the results of the study).
Findings. The theoretical, organisational and practical foundations of innovative development in international corporations are considered. It is established that today a number of issues related to the effectiveness of the management system in corporations are being modernised and revised due to the active transition to digitalisation. The vector of innovative development as the main format of managerial thinking of corporate managers in the context of digitalisation is updated. The market capitalisation of the world’s largest Internet companies is analysed. The sequence of stages (phases) of digital transformation of the business model of international corporations is considered.
Originality. The instruments of corporate innovation of international companies have been further developed. The directions of application of innovative tools in creating an effective strategy for the company’s innovative development are determined.
Practical value. The outlined proposals on the directions of development of the processes of innovative development of international companies can be used to improve the efficiency of their activities.
