Sylenko O.M. MODERNIZATION OF THE ARCHITECTONICS OF DECISION MAKING ON MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF METALLURGICAL ENTERPRISES
Purpose. The aim of the article is to find ways to modernize the architectonics of decision making in relation to the management of the innovative development of metallurgical enterprises in conditions of increasing competition on the world market of metal products.
Methodology of research. General and scientific, special methods of research are used in the process of research, in particular methods: dialectics and scientific abstraction – in determining the essence of architectonics of decision-making on management of innovative development of metallurgical enterprises. Graphic – in assessing the position of Ukraine among the TOP-10 countries – steel producers in the world. The monographic method is used to describe the results of the study.
Findings. Originality. The scientific novelty of the research results is to modernize the architectonics of decision-making on managing the innovative development of metallurgical enterprises in conditions of increasing competition on the world metal market through the introduction of the QFD methodology, the application of which in practice will strengthen the competitive position of Ukraine among the TOP-10 countries producing metal products in the world.
Practical value.
