Shchukin D.V. THEORETICAL PROVISIONS OF THE CONCEPT OF STRATEGIC ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
Purpose. The aim of the article is to develop and describe the theoretical provisions of the concept of strategic crisis management of the activity of an industrial enterprise.
Methodology of research. General scientific methods are used in the process of research, in particular: methods of theoretical generalization – to study the theoretical foundations of strategic crisis management of the enterprise; systematic approach – to substantiate the provisions of the concept of strategic crisis management of the activity of the industrial enterprise, its advantages and features; methods of systematization and forecasting – to determine the strategic and tactical objectives of the enterprise, which should be implemented in the process of introducing the concept of strategic crisis management enterprise.
Findings. The essence and general provisions of the concept of strategic anti-crisis management of the activity of the industrial enterprise are substantiated. The main features and advantages of the concept of strategic anti-crisis management are distinguished from the others. The necessity of establishing risk management system at the enterprise with the involvement of qualified risk managers, namely risk management specialists, analytical base or organizational and methodological support of the enterprise, is proved to be the information basis for the adoption of effective strategic crisis management solutions by owners and managers of the enterprise.
Originality. Scientific novelty is to determine the theoretical positions and develop a conceptual approach to strategic anti-crisis management of the industrial enterprise.
Practical value. The obtained results of the research are aimed at preventing risks and threats in the activity of industrial enterprises, providing high-quality and efficient management of their activities throughout the life-cycle in the long-term perspective. They can be used to improve the basics of management at industrial enterprises.
