A schematic map of the sequence of formation of personnel security tactics and strategy is developed, covering the definition of the basic principles of security, strategy and tactical goals, selection and monitoring of the implementation of the chosen strategy. Particular attention is paid to the system of monitoring and control over the implementation of the personnel security strategy and the implementation of appropriate tactical measures, which should be aimed at improving the overall security strategy.

It is substantiated that ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise depends to a large extent on the personnel potential, the formation and development of which requires the creation of safe conditions today and in the future, which cannot be accomplished without the development and implementation of a strategy for ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise.
Practical value. The obtained results of the study can be used by managers and economists of industrial enterprises in the formulation of tactics and strategies for ensuring personnel security, which will gradually adapt enterprises to new changes and strengthen the conditions of management in general.
