Purpose. The aim of the article to provide theoretical and methodological substantiation of the innovation infrastructure's role in ensuring strategic enterprise development and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement in the context of European integration processes.
Methodology of research. The study employs methods of systematic and comparative analysis to examine the features of innovation infrastructure functioning in Ukraine and the EU; structural-functional analysis to determine relationships between elements of innovation infrastructure; methods of synthesis and generalization to form recommendations for innovation infrastructure development; and tabular method for systematizing data on international cooperation in the innovation sphere.
Findings. A comparative analysis of innovation infrastructure development in Ukraine and the EU was conducted, identifying key differences and necessary transformation directions. The mechanisms of international cooperation in the innovation sphere were systematized and main implementation challenges were identified. The role of innovation infrastructure as a fundamental element in ensuring strategic enterprise development under European integration conditions was substantiated.
Originality. The theoretical and methodological approach to analysing the role of innovation infrastructure in strategic enterprise development has been improved, which, unlike existing approaches, takes into account the specifics of European integration processes and the need for adaptation to European standards. The conceptual foundations for forming regional innovation ecosystems have been developed, considering European experience and Ukrainian realities.
Practical value. The developed recommendations for improving innovation infrastructure can be used in forming state policy in the field of innovation development, developing regional programs for innovation infrastructure development, and enterprise development strategies under European integration conditions. The proposed mechanisms of international cooperation will contribute to increasing the efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises' integration into the European economic space.
Key words: innovation infrastructure, strategic enterprise development, European integration, innovation ecosystem, international cooperation, technology transfer, competitiveness, innovative development.
