ORGANIZATIONAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE MILK SALES SYSTEM AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF MILK PRODUCTION

Purpose. The aim of the article is to propose practical recommendations for improving the system of milk sales to processing enterprises, based on the generalization of research by scientists and the experience of farms in the corporate sector of the agrarian economy – milk producers.
Methodology of research. The following methods were used in the research process: statistical and economic – to process a set of statistical and empirical data; monographic – for a detailed study of individual elements of the studied phenomenon using the example of specific objects; synthesis, comparisons, the method of the unity of historical and logical in economic research – for the study of the existing experience of agro-industrial integration in the dairy sub-complex.
Findings. It has been proven that the system of contractual relations between agricultural and processing enterprises should provide for the procedure for concluding contracts, sales conditions – acceptance of milk, determination of the quality and volume of products, setting of prices, mutual settlements and material responsibility of partners for breach of contractual obligations.
It is necessary to take into account the option for the supply of raw milk in the system of contractual relations between agricultural producers and processing enterprises. Such option will give the right to choose between alternative terms of the contract.
An algorithm for the implementation of an integrated system of product quality and safety management on dairy farms were developed, which includes risk analysis and control at all stages of the technological process, as well as management of critical points with evaluation of its results.
Originality. The system of forming purchase prices for milk were improved, which provides for setting the price of raw milk based on regulatory costs and taking into account product quality indicators, and will contribute to increasing the level of profitability of milk production and sale.
Practical value. The proposed recommendations should be used in the development of standard contracts for the supply of milk to processing enterprises and in the implementation of the milk quality control system in farms of the corporate sector of the agricultural economy.
