КРАЇНИ АРАБСЬКОГО СВІТУ В СУЧАСНИХ ГЕОЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСАХ: ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ РОЗВИТКУ ТА ПРОГРЕСУ

Іващук І. О., Кравчук Н. Я., Іващук О. В., Заставний А. Р. КРАЇНИ АРАБСЬКОГО СВІТУ В СУЧАСНИХ ГЕОЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСАХ: ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ РОЗВИТКУ ТА ПРОГРЕСУ

Мета. Оцінювання детермінант розвитку країн Арабського світу та його прогресу в сучасних геоекономічних процесах.

Методика дослідження. Теоретичною і методологічною основою дослідження є фундаментальні положення сучасної теорії міжнародних економічних відносин, наукові праці вчених. В процесі дослідження використано загальнонаукові і спеціальні методи, зокрема: діалектичний, монографічний та системного аналізу – для обґрунтування сутності сучасних геоекономічних процесів розвитку країн Арабського світу; аналізу і синтезу – для вивчення об’єкта і предмета дослідження; PEST-аналізу – для моніторингу позиціонування країн сучасного Арабського світу; статистичного та порівняльного аналізу – для зіставлення економічних показників у часі та просторі; графічний – для візуалізації динамічних явищ та процесів; абстрактно-логічний – під час формування теоретичних узагальнень, припущень, висновків.

Результати дослідження. Розглянуто передумови залучення країн Арабського світу у сучасні геоекономічні процеси та проаналізовано системні детермінанти їх економічного розвитку й прогресу. Визначено позиціонування країн Арабського світу в геоекономічному просторі та виокремлено чинники, що стримують їх економічне зростання. Зокрема, акцентовано увагу на корупційній складовій національної політики країн, що не дозволяє проводити економічні трансформації. Обґрунтовано негативні наслідки «ресурсного регіоналізму» в політиці досліджуваних країн. Розкрито особливості державної підтримки соціальної сфери та сфери охорони здоров’я у країнах регіону. Аргументовано позитивну роль стартапів в економічному оздоровленні економік країн Арабського світу та досягненні ними прогресу.

Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Запропоновано методологічні засади проведення комплексного аналізу країн Арабського світу в сучасних геоекономічних процесах. На основі PEST-аналізу аргументовано системні детермінанти їх економічного розвитку та прогресу через призму політичних, економічних, соціокультурних та технологічних факторів. Обґрунтовано стратегічні вектори позиціонування країн Арабського світу в сучасних геоекономічних процесах.

Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Отримані результати дослідження можуть бути використані для подальших наукових розробок щодо геоекономічного позиціонування країн Арабського світу та їх участі в сучасних геополітичних процесах.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to assessment of the determinants of the development of the countries of the Arab world and its progress in modern geo-economic processes.

Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of the modern theory of international economic relations, scientific works of scientists. In the research process, general scientific and special methods were used, in particular: dialectical, monographic and systemic analysis – to substantiate the essence of modern geo-economic development processes of the countries of the Arab world; analysis and synthesis – for studying the object and subject of research; PEST analysis – to monitor the positioning of the countries of the modern Arab world; statistical and comparative analysis - to compare economic indicators in time and space; graphic – for visualization of dynamic phenomena and processes; abstract and logical – during the formation of theoretical generalizations, assumptions, conclusions.

Findings. The prerequisites for the involvement of the countries of the Arab world in modern geo-economic processes are considered and the systemic determinants of their economic development and progress are analysed. The positioning of the countries of the Arab world in the geo-economic space is defined and the factors restraining their economic growth are singled out. In particular, attention is focused on the corruption component of the national policy of the countries, which does not allow economic transformations to be carried out. The negative consequences of “resource regionalism” in the policy of the studied countries are substantiated. The features of state support for the social sphere and health care in the countries of the region are revealed. The positive role of startups in the economic improvement of the economies of the Arab world countries and their achievement of progress is argued.

Originality. The methodological principles of conducting a comprehensive analysis of the countries of the Arab world in modern geo-economic processes are proposed. Systemic determinants of their economic development and progress through the prism of political, economic, social, cultural and technological factors are argued on the basis of PEST analysis. The strategic vectors of the positioning of the countries of the Arab world in modern geo-economic processes are substantiated.

Practical value. The obtained research results can be used for further scientific developments regarding the geo-economic positioning of the countries of the Arab world and their participation in modern geopolitical processes.
