Abstract


Zgalat-Lozynska L.O., Golovach N.V. METHOD OF ASSESSING OF THE MANAGERIAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT AT DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES

Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of the effective method for assessing the development of managerial personnel at domestic enterprises and the assessment of the factors of the managerial staff development at the enterprise and the managers professional training in accordance with the goals and strategy of the enterprise development in modern conditions.

Methodology of research. The optimal method for assessing the effectiveness of personnel management development is determined on the basis of an analysis of the competence and professionally relevant qualities of a particular workplace model. The method of development assessment is developed on the basis of analysis of the structure of professional competence of personnel management.

Findings. Using our proposed method of assessment of management’s options for management decisions may be several: 1) if necessary competence in the respective employee as “underdeveloped”, you should decide on his demotion, transfer to another post, dismissal, salary adjustments; 2) develop and implement a development plan for “underdeveloped” competencies and / or “advanced” competencies that will have a higher significance for another model of work place; 3) develop a plan for professional and / or career development for the research object.

The proposed method provides an opportunity to assess the level of development of management personnel both in training and after it in order to determine the level of development efficiency. Prospects for further research are the development of favorable conditions for the development of management personnel at domestic enterprises with the help of modern educational methods.

Originality. The method of evaluation of the managerial staff development at domestic enterprises is proposed, it provides an opportunity to evaluate the level of development of management personnel and determine its efficiency.

Practical value. The obtained results of researches about estimation of management personnel development level can be used on training courses of the personnel at the national enterprises by means of introduction of modern methods of education.
