PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Purpose. To explore the vision of problems and ways of innovative development of Ukraine by representatives of such focus groups as: business, research institutes, universities, state institutions and public organizations.
Methodology of research. Focus group studies were conducted by expert groups by means of a questionnaire survey on a scale and presentation of results in percentage values. The results were analyzed using the methods of analysis and synthesis and the findings are presented on the basis of the generalization method.
Findings. The evaluation of the focus groups of representatives: business, research institutes, universities, state institutions and public organizations on the problems and ways of innovative development of Ukraine is presented. The main factors of competitive advantages of Ukrainian enterprises, barriers to the implementation of domestic innovations, development of the system of interaction between research institutes, universities and enterprises are determined. The factors of development of system of interaction of Ukrainian enterprises with scientific organizations and universities in creation and implementation of innovations are determined. The basic directions and ways of transition to application of the model of innovative development of Ukraine are substantiated. In particular, the necessity of economic development is proved on the basis of the model if the innovative development "Six Helix Model".
Originality. The main problems of innovative development of Ukraine are revealed. On the basis of the survey, an expert opinion of business representatives, research institutes, universities, state institutions and public organizations regarding the priority actions of Ukraine’s innovation development was determined.
Practical value. The results of the study will contribute to the public administration in identifying the priority actions of Ukraine’s innovation development.
