Oplachko I.O. MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIALIZATION OF INNOVATIONS AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS A COMPONENT OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Purpose. The aim of the article is the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and recommendations on the formation of a system for managing commercialization of innovations as a component of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises.
Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific developments of the leading Ukrainian and foreign authors on the issues of anti-crisis management and commercialization of innovations. General scientific and special methods of research are used in the process of solving the tasks: the dialectical method – allowed to investigate the components of the management system for commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises in their interconnection and interdependence; analysis and synthesis – have provided a systematic approach to solving individual problems in determining the essence of management of commercialization of innovations as a component of crisis management; grouping, comparison and scientific synthesis – are used to evaluate the indicators of innovative activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, to develop recommendations for improving the system for managing commercialization of innovations of such enterprises.
Findings. The peculiarities of commercialization of innovations as a component of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises are substantiated. The “crisis points” of innovation activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine are determined. The stages of commercialization process of innovations of industrial enterprises are offered. Recommendations on improving the system for managing commercialization of enterprise innovations as a component of anti-crisis management are developed.
Originality. The mechanism of commercialization of innovations of industrial enterprises, which takes into account both objective and subjective factors of this process, as well as the necessary components of the formation of a system for managing commercialization of innovations as an important component of crisis management is proposed.
Practical value. The obtained results can be aimed to optimization of management of commercialization of innovations as a component of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises, which will allow implementing and commercializing innovative development in a qualitative and efficient manner in order to prevent and eliminate the crisis phenomena in their activities.
