Purpose. The aim of the article is to study of methodological aspects in the formation of dynamic competitive strategies of enterprises of the bakery industry of Ukraine.
Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research has been based on the concepts of strategic management and the methodology of competitiveness, the results of fundamental domestic and foreign researchers on the problems of the formation of dynamic competitive strategies. The study has been based on the use of the following methods: a systematic approach – to study the links between the methodological aspects of the formation of dynamic competitive strategies for bakery enterprises; theoretical generalization and comparison – for the development of the conceptual apparatus. The use of the cause-and-effect method led to the conclusion that in connection with the existence of general methodological principles and certain methodological principles, we can distinguish four methodological problems in the formation of dynamic competitive strategies for the bakery industry.
Findings. The methodological aspects of formation of dynamic competitive strategies of enterprises of the bakery industry of Ukraine have been investigated. It has been established that in modern conditions the role and importance of the research of the methodology of formation and evaluation of the dynamic competitive strategy of bakery enterprises is growing. The analysis of trends in the development of the bakery industry of Ukraine, factors of influence, cause-effect relationships and consequences of the development in the industry have been analyzed. A clear understanding of the situation in the bakery industry has been formed. Priority directions for the further development of the methodology of competitive strategy formation have been determined.
Originality. The features of formation as well as the methodological problems of development of dynamic competitive strategies for the bakery industry of Ukraine have been studied.
Practical. The obtained results of the research contribute to the formation of dynamic competitive strategies for the bakery industry and to the improvement of the conceptual apparatus of the competitiveness methodology of bread and bakery industry.
