INNOVATIVE LENDING TOOLS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES

Buhel Yu.V., Chyzhyshyn O.I. INNOVATIVE LENDING TOOLS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of the development of entrepreneurship lending and alternative financial instruments based on innovative technologies.
Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods were used in the process of research, in particular: synthesis, induction, deduction, elements of the systematization method were used to generalize the content of individual parts of the article and formulate general conclusions; analytical method was used when reviewing literary sources; classification method made it possible to differentiate entrepreneurship; description method – to provide them with a detailed characteristic; monographic method was used when studying literary sources on the issues of entrepreneurship lending; system and analytical method was used when processing the information received.
Findings. The theoretical, organizational and practical principles of lending to small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine are considered. It is established that today there are imbalances in the traditional market of lending to businesses in Ukraine. Ways to activate innovative instruments of lending to small and medium-sized businesses are identified.
Originality. The substantiation of innovative lending tools for small and medium-sized businesses was further developed, in particular crowdfunding and crowdlending, which, unlike traditional mechanisms, allow to significantly speeding up the process of attracting financing for projects.
Practical value. The submitted proposals of the authors regarding the introduction of innovative tools for crediting small and medium-sized enterprises can be used for the possibility of intensifying the processes of financing various projects in the conditions of martial law.
