Purpose. The aim of the article is to identify and substantiate effective approaches to managing resource potential in a business environment.
Methodology of research. The following methods are used in the article, namely: a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis (to study the components of the enterprise's resource potential and their interaction), comparison (to evaluate modern approaches to resource management and select the most effective ones in different business models), modelling of management decisions (to develop an integrated model of resource potential management, which involves the digitalization of business processes), as well as expert evaluation (to determine key factors that affect the efficiency of resource potential use), and the case study method (to analyse specific examples of enterprises that implemented innovative technologies to increase the efficiency of resource use).
Findings. The study identifies the main components of enterprise resource potential, including material, financial, human and informational resources. Their interactions and impact on the overall operational efficiency of enterprises in a dynamic business environment are analysed.
An approach to resource potential assessment is formulated, which is based on modern analytical tools, such as ERP systems for resource management, Big Data for forecasting and monitoring, and Lean Management concepts for cost optimization.
A resource potential management model is proposed, integrating innovative approaches such as process digitalization and operational automation, enabling greater flexibility in managerial decision-making.
Originality. A comprehensive approach to evaluating resource potential has been developed, considering the interaction of material, financial, human and informational resources. Modern tools for their optimal utilization in dynamic market conditions are identified.
Practical value. The study's findings can be used by enterprises to improve strategic resource management, enhance competitiveness and ensure sustainable development. The proposed recommendations contribute to reducing resource losses and improving business process efficiency.
Key words: resource potential, resource management, business environment, strategic planning, innovative approach, enterprise efficiency, digital technologies.
