Zavalskyi V.V. FEATURES OF MOTIVATION COMPONENT OF STAFF DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES INTEGRATED INTO THE EU MARKET
Purpose. The aim of the article is to systematize the features of the motivational component of personnel development that can be implemented by Ukrainian enterprises integrated into the EU market.
Methodology of research. Methodological support, which includes a reference point for a comprehensive approach that provides for the assessment and systematization of the specified features, was used to achieve the specified goal. A number of methods were also applied, in particular: system approach (systematization of scientific positions in relation to the researched issues), comparative (comparison of positions of scientists), trend (establishment of motivation trends in the EU) and predictive (estimation of the possibility of adaptation of certain directions of motivation).
Findings. The specifics of the motivation of personnel development at EU enterprises have been determined, which will allow establishing the directions of adaptation for Ukrainian enterprises aiming at European integration in the future, in particular: the direction oriented to the effect on employees in terms of the motivation of certain age groups (for Ukrainian enterprises, the specified can be implemented in the case of exhaustive establishing the needs of each generation of employees; the direction of technological motivation (the specified component can be implemented in view of the harmonious coexistence of the company's goals and ethical norms).
Originality. The theoretical provision of personnel motivation directions by highlighting their features depending on the trends existing at the current stage of formation of the management organization has gained further development.
Practical value. Selected features of personnel motivation can be implemented in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises integrated into the EU market.
