Abstract

Galchynska Ju.M. ASSESSMENT OF RESOURCE SUPPORT FOR BIO-ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AT THE EXPENSE OF THE DOMESTIC AGRARIAN SECTOR

Purpose. The aim of the article is to develop practical recommendations for assessing the resource provision of bio-energy development at the expense of the domestic agrarian sector, which fully concerns the formation of a conceptual vision of ways to reduce the country's energy dependence and to provide energy resource needs through biological fuels.

Methodology of research. Methods are used in the course of the research: situational, induction, deduction for the assessment of resource support for bio-energy development at the expense of the domestic agrarian sector; analysis and synthesis for the determination of causal relationships in the formation of prices for agricultural raw materials for bio-fuel production, abstract and logical, graphical, tabular for the visual representation of the results of resource potential assessment, statistical, calculation and constructive for carrying out analytical construction of energy resources balance in Ukraine , a method of comparison, collation, grouping, correlation-regression analysis to assess the impact of the price situation on the markets of traditional energy resources on the dynamics of the internal prices for agricultural products, which are raw materials for bio-fuels and others.

Findings. The estimation of resource provision of bio-energy development at the expense of the domestic agrarian sector is considered, the possibilities of easing Ukraine's energy dependence in the energy sector are considered, causal links are established in the formation of prices and incomes on agricultural raw materials and price dynamics in the markets of traditional energy resources, an estimation of energy supply of Ukraine is made.

Originality. Causal relationships pricing of agricultural products are established, which is the raw material for bio-fuels, made a comprehensive assessment of bio-energy resource support for the agricultural sector, Directions efficient use of available energy resources.

Practical value. The estimation of resource support for bio-energy development at the expense of the domestic agrarian sector has been evaluated, which opens the possibility of weakening the country's energy dependence and ensuring the needs for energy resources at the expense of biological fuels.
