Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of financial support for the development of corporate structures.
Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods were used by the author in the course of the study, in particular: the analytical method was used in the review of literature sources; the classification method allowed to differentiate the main components of corporate financing; the description method allowed to provide a detailed description of them; the monographic method was used in the study of literature sources on corporate financing; the system-analytical method was used in processing the information obtained.
Findings. The theoretical, organizational and practical foundations for the development of corporate finance are considered. It is established that today a number of issues related to the effectiveness of the system of managing corporate financing with the help of artificial intelligence tools are being modernized and revised. A comparative characterization of funding sources for corporate development is carried out. The factors influencing the financial condition of a corporation that can be used in the management of corporate financing are generalized. The vector of evaluation and management of the financial condition of companies using various models is updated.
Originality. The substantiation of the toolkit for supporting the financial security of corporations has received further development, which, unlike the existing ones, carries out the management process using various models, in particular models of artificial intelligence.
Practical value. The results of the conducted research can be useful in conducting further scientific research on the integration of artificial intelligence in the processes of financial support of the activities of corporations and used by the management of the corporations themselves for the possibility of their growth, modernization and increase in competitiveness.
