FEATURES OF FORMING A STRATEGY OF INTERNATIONALIZATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF EU REQUIREMENTS (WAYS AND ELASTIC TOOLS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM)

Purpose. The aim of the article is to reveal the features of the strategy of internationalization of the subjects of the management in the context of the requirements of the EU; the development of an elastic toolkit and perfect organizational and economic mechanisms that create opportunities for ensuring their competitiveness on the basis of increasing the quality of production, works and services, and efficiency of management.

Methodology of research. The theoretical basis of the research is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of internationalization of industrial enterprises. The following methods are used to achieve this goal: analytical and monographic – in processing the literary and Internet sources on the topic of research; system analysis, generalization, graphic – when constructing a model of transition from post-totalitarian stage of development of the national economy to the internationalization of enterprises, as well as the step-by-step scheme and the most important milestones of elastic tooling and organizational and economic mechanisms of internationalization of industrial enterprises; abstract and logical – for the generalization of the above material and the formulation of conclusions.

Findings. The directions of strengthening and development of internationalization in the conditions of social instability are defined. The ways of improving the efficiency of measures due to innovation and management factors are considered. The thesis is based on the fact that due to the mentioned factors it is possible to ensure calm in the society and stable functioning of the national economy of Ukraine, which, in fact, can make it competitive in the conditions of the EU. The research is carried out in conditions of administrative and territorial reforms.

Originality. The model of the transition from the post-totalitarian stage of the development of the national economy to the internationalization of the enterprises is substantiated, the step-by-step scheme and the most important milestones of the formation of elastic tools and organizational and economic mechanism of internationalization of industrial enterprises, which creates opportunities for ensuring their competitiveness, are formed.

Practical value. The obtained results of the research can be used by managers and economists of industrial enterprises with the intensification of internationalization processes, and some conclusions and recommendations on the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of internationalization – in the system of strategic management of innovative development of enterprises. The summarized practical results of the research can be used in conditions of multi-sectoral innovative and active enterprises to increase the effectiveness of organizing the strategy of their innovation development at all stages of the life cycle of inter-nationalization. In addition, the materials of the article for a more profound study of the problems should be used in educational processes in the teaching of relevant disciplines.
