INFLUENCE OF TARIFF POLICY IN THE FIELD OF UTILITIES ON THE SUCCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ECO-PROJECTS OF RECYCLING ENTERPRISES OF PLASTIC WASTE
Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to assess the impact of tariff policy in the field of utilities on the success of the implementation of eco-projects on recycling plastic waste.
Methodology of research. In particular, the logical method, the methods of induction and deduction, grouping and generalization are the basis for proving the need to change the character of tariff policy in the field of utilities as a guarantee of the successful implementation of eco-projects on recycling of waste plastics. The graphical method is used in developing the algorithm for calculating the tariff for services for the processing of solid waste (in particular plastic) in accordance with the NCRECS Regulation dated October 27, 2017, No. 1307. The monographic method is used to describe the results of the study.
Findings. The results of the study consist in studying normative and legal acts on tariff regulation of communal services in the field of plastic waste management, methods of forming tariffs for services on removal, processing, utilization and disposal of household wastes, as well as developing practical recommendations for changing the nature of tariff policy, as the key to the success of the implementation of eco-projects on recycling waste plastic.
Originality. The scientific novelty of the research results is to develop practical recommendations for changing the nature of tariff policy in the field of communal services for household waste management, which in practice will help ensure the success of the implementation of eco-projects on waste recycling.
Practical value. The main provisions of this study in the form of practical recommendations can be used by local authorities and territorial communities when formulating tariff policies in the field of communal services for household waste management.
