Purpose. The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations of using AI as a tool for an adaptive strategy for enterprise development in the context of digitalization, assessment of the pace of its development and scope of application, and development of practical recommendations for improving the areas of its application.
Methodology of research. The following methods were used to perform the tasks outlined in the article: synthesis – to establish the theoretical foundations of using AI in enterprise management; analysis – to assess the transformation of business processes through AI; systemic – when identifying the challenges and risks of implementing AI; comprehensive – when developing proposals for a development strategy using AI. Computer and information technologies were used when processing data.
Findings. The theoretical foundations of using AI in enterprise management were established; the transformation of business processes through AI in the context of digitalization was assessed; the challenges and risks of implementing AI in enterprises were identified; proposals for an adaptive development strategy using AI were developed.
Originality. It was substantiated the directions of using artificial intelligence in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, in particular, it was established that AI is a driver of economic growth, effectively used in data analysis, production automation, finance, logistics, personalization of services and forecasting market trends; it was further developed the assessment of business process transformation in the context of digitalization, in particular, it was confirmed that AI, influencing business, reduces costs, increases profits, increases efficiency, minimizes time and personalizes customer experience; it was improved the adaptive strategy of enterprise development using AI, based on automation, analytics, personalization, integration of digital technologies and development of innovative culture and skills.
Practical value. The research results are aimed at supporting the digitalization of enterprises in the context of the use of AI technologies, which will contribute to increasing their profits, expanding production capabilities; attracting investments and integrating into global supply chains. The recommendations developed for the development of enterprises using AI will help enterprises adapt to digital challenges, increase the efficiency of their activities and consolidate their positions in international markets.
